As humans, we have an innate need for connection and approval from others. Often, we make an effort to gain validation and this is natural. Yet, in our world today, this need for others’ approval becomes magnified; as many of us are constantly plugged in on social media, we tend to get caught up in the pursuit of “likes”, “shares”, “follows” & engagement. These can have implications on our mental well-being and happiness. Through this issue, I hope that we can be more aware of the impacts & risks associated with excessive use of social media, and what we can do about it so that we can live out our best lives. | How to Stop Worrying What Other People Think of You If you find yourself looking over your shoulder, self-conscious, or fretful about how your actions will look to others, here’s some help to stop worrying. | The Social Dilemma: Social Media and Your Mental Health ‘Like’ it or not, using social media can cause anxiety, depression, and other health challenges. Ever since I swapped Insurance company, I have had no regrets. Your service and follow-up has been excellent. You always keep me updated of any changes to policies. Also, your personal touch of sending cards/gifts on special occassions truly show your dedication and sweet gesture.
I highly recommend you to anyone considering taking up any policies.
| | | Faizah & Vicky After meeting more than 10 insurance agents, we settled with her because of her top niche service. Over the years, we have built the trust and she has also gained my parents' confidence. She always keeps in contact with us, rarely missed our calls, always have answers, gifts us once in a while and settle our claims super fast. Without her, I don't know what will happen to my family.
Thank you Karna! <3 May God Protect & Bless you and family.
