I have been thinking of this for awhile now & have really wanted to start on this, Chris & Karna made it so easy for me to absorb the details (not just jargons). I really appreciate how you explain things to me, especially for someone who don’t know much & not sure even on what questions to ask! In the area of protection (TCM benefits), I never know that I have these benefits until you highlighted it to me, and the whole claim process is not as daunting as I would have thought! What is more personal is that we are of similar lifestage & can connect so well, and I am very sure you will connect very nicely with family when they are back in Singapore too! Overall, I am living it now, knowing what these programs & plannings truly mean to me!

I kick started my financial planning journey today with Karna, and opened my first savings account! I first met Karna when I was working as her PA, and she moved me with her genuineness right from our first meeting. As a skeptic, I used to avoid financial planning and planners like the plague, however, while working with her, I witnessed Karna's conviction and dedication in giving the best to her clients. That is quality of hers that I really admire, and I remember thinking to myself, 'when I've gathered an amount that I'm personally satisfied with, I will do something with it, and when that time comes, I would love for Karna to administer it', and today, we did that! She was very transparent and gave me informed advice which not only aligns with my goals, but goes as far as supplementing them. No upselling, no pressure, almost like seeking advice from a friend. Her cheerful and personable nature made her a very nice person to be around, which made the appointment a very pleasant and fulfilling one! I didn't walk away wondering if I made the right choice, which often happens with impulse purchases or commitments. Instead, I left feeling super accomplished and relieved. Very happy!
