Hi Everyone! Karna and Kamen have been amazing consultants since the day I met them. They are always so patient and take the time to understand what my family needed before recommending us the best plans to get. They also often go the extra mile to help us in collating our previous insurance records in order for us to get a much better idea of what we have. I think it's really important that consultants are well-versed with the entire spectrum of products and Karna and Kamen never fail to deliver and are always able to explain all these policies in the simplest way possible which is easy to understand. Instead of trying to sell what they wanted to sell me, they tried to understand my needs & constraints and tried to get me a product that would suit my needs. I have been thinking of this for awhile now & have really wanted to start on this, Chris & Karna made it so easy for me to absorb the details (not just jargons). I really appreciate how you explain things to me, especially for someone who don’t know much & not sure even on what questions to ask! In the area of protection (TCM benefits), I never know that I have these benefits until you highlighted it to me, and the whole claim process is not as daunting as I would have thought! What is more personal is that we are of similar lifestage & can connect so well, and I am very sure you will connect very nicely with family when they are back in Singapore too! Overall, I am living it now, knowing what these programs & plannings truly mean to me!
