As humans, we often like to think we're right, even when we can be wrong at times. Many of us have the unconscious tendency to seek information that support our existing beliefs & disregard or undermine those that do not match ours. But doing so without awareness or questioning can have adverse effects in the way we think, make decisions & live our lives. Today, I'd like to share with you some potential consequences of confirmation bias & what we can do about them.

I have been thinking of this for awhile now & have really wanted to start on this, Chris & Karna made it so easy for me to absorb the details (not just jargons). I really appreciate how you explain things to me, especially for someone who don’t know much & not sure even on what questions to ask! In the area of protection (TCM benefits), I never know that I have these benefits until you highlighted it to me, and the whole claim process is not as daunting as I would have thought!
